Thank you to Mathematics graduate alums Ricardo Grimaldo (now PhD student at OSU Integrative Biology), Sooie-Hoe Loke (now Assoc. Professor at Central Washington University), and F. Patricia Medina (now Asst. Profesor at NYC College of Technology) who served as panelists for Pacific Math Alliance webinar on Careers in Mathematics. This event held on January 25 attracted over 150 registered participants from the Pacific region of the US and beyond and featured a discussion of potential careers in mathematical biology, financial and actuarial paths, and data science.
